we have been to El Bosque in Quito – lovely mall there you will find the following large stores
Sukasa – household linens, rugs, appliances, electronics, dishes, cookwear, lighting (use your Super Maxi card for a discount)
Super Maxi – groceries, alcohol and more
many shops in side the mall
stop by Voca & Vaca for a nice lunch (if you are lucky you will get a table by the window and enjoy a lovely view of Quito)
short walk from the mall – Kiwi (think home depot/lowes), Home Vega (appliances, tiles, sinks, plumbing fixtures & more)
