Passport update – FYI had an appt for emergency passport replacement yesterday at the US Embassy in Quito @ 8:30 we were on our way in an hour. Paid the full fee, rec’d only the small emergency passport good for one year about 5 pages. Good news is that I can have a regular passport done for free when ever they are back up and running again. I was the only person in the citizenship services building yesterday for almost 45 minutes (other than security/cleaning/staff)
