AMBULANCE INFORMATION: There is a private ambulance based at Clinica Moderna in Ibarra that can be used/hired by anyone. You can call the driver directly. His name is Edwin Santafé…..cell # 099 912 2300. He will transport you anywhere you wish to be transported. Oxygen is available if needed. No medical staff is included…only the driver. I don’t know how much a trip from Cotacachi to Ibarra costs, but a trip from Cotacachi to Quito is $220.00. Spanish only.
