Bill Schuler Tecniplus from Ibarra. They have a dedicated serviceman in Cotacachi on Tuesdays and Fridays (at least those were the days last June). So he’s familiar with finding addresses here. Service call was $20 and it was credited towards the final repair cost. This was for an Indurama refrigerator. Calling them was like calling a repair place in the US – wanted model number and age, description of problem, address – very professional. He showed up on time the next day. Just had an awesome experience that I wanted to share. Dishwasher slightly flaky last couple of weeks – but ran good twice then would not come on. We have a SMEG dishwasher (btw) Kate shared some details about a local company (in Otavalo) with one of them speaking english. WOW they were here within an hour and a half. Dishwasher pulled out of its ‘place’ and fixed then replaced.
